Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery window.
How can I ensure my flowers stay fresh for as long as possible?
We recommend trimming the stems at a 45-degree angle, placing them in clean water with the provided flower food, and keeping the arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable, our couriers will attempt to leave the bouquet in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor. We will also send a notification to the sender with the delivery details.
Can I customize a bouquet or request specific flowers?
Absolutely. You can contact our floral designers directly through our 'Custom Order' page or via phone to create a bespoke arrangement tailored to your preferences.
What is your return or refund policy?
Since flowers are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
